Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

Once you have placed your order, we will aim to dispatch it in 1-5 working days.

For pre orders, we will aim to dispatch your items as soon as they're ready but please feel free to contact us for more details.

Delivery options are available at checkout and prices vary according to the destination. If your country is not listed in the delivery options, contact us and we will be happy to provide you with a price for your delivery ! 

Free collection is also available from our London based studio. You will find us at NW5 3AN. If you would like to collect your order, simply contact us before ordering.

Return policy:

We do accept returns on standard sizes if the item is returned in perfect condition and hasn't been worn. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse delivery cost and shipping cost for returning the item is at the customer's charge. 

Please note, for pre orders, we unfortunately cannot accept returns but will gladly exchange sizes if needed.

Also note that we unfortunately cannot accept returns on custom orders.

We try our very best to display size information and garment's fit as clearly as possible so you are happy with your orders !
